Root & Rhythm was created by Lauren, a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and sustainable behavior change. Her approach blends evidence-based concepts with practical, real-life application to help clients feel more grounded, reduce overwhelm, and build routines that actually work.
